Salads have the advantage of being able to be consumed in quantity, to vary the tastes and to make you travel …

I first chose to bring together recipes from specialties from different countries to have this feeling of travel.

I then made sure to select each food group for each of the salads
A source of carbohydrates
A source of vegetable protein
A source of lipids

Contents

1. Italian salad

A good opportunity to eat pasta and avoid the traditional cheese!
Mixed with tomato, onion, garlic, olive oil, black olives and basil, we find ourselves immediately in Italy!
I add sunflower or sesame seeds to ensure the presence of vegetable proteins.

2. Mexican salad

Avocados, corn, red and black beans, black olives, with a lemon zest … that’s enough to transport you into the Mexican atmosphere!
You can even put this preparation in burritos 🌯 and voila!

3. Asian salad

Grilled tofu, bean sprouts, soy sauce with a mixture of vegetables such as red cabbage, carrots, and peppers, everything is there to be immediately in the Asian atmosphere.
With rice or rice pasta.
It’s excellent !

4. Spanish salad

Potatoes, black olives, tomatoes, onions and vegan sausages.
To buy in the supermarket, they are not all the same but we keep a tradition in the house with this Spanish salad!

5. Greek salad

Vegan feta, salad, black olives, tomatoes, olive oil
This combination is also eaten very well in sandwiches!
