1. Why is it important to go into nature?
To walk and run
We tend to forget that we are absolutely not made physiologically to stay lying or sitting all day in a house or an office.
Even less for walking by car or on public transport.
To breathe
Having a strong relationship with nature will help you overcome many problems in life.
It seems obvious, but it is not.
2. Why are we so far from nature?
Our modern lifestyles have at the same time taken us away from our basic needs.
We are made to walk and run all day to find something to survive, and never to lie or sit all day in closed, overheated or air-conditioned places.
The problem is that we have become accustomed to this way of life that we consider normal and standard.
To the point where any attempt at a Differnet life is considered deviant.
Another problem, and not the least, when you are surrounded by pollution and chemicals all the time, it is very difficult to change your habits and go naturally towards nature and natural products.
Quite simply because chemicals create an addiction and nature will initially create a kind of vacuum stress that we seek to escape at all costs with continuous television programs, and untimely connections to all kinds of networks and applications.
And sometimes, going into nature and being surrounded by nothing can be paradoxically very stressful for people who come from big cities.
3. How to get back in touch with nature?
3.1 Changing your state of mind
Change your mind and see nature as your best friend.
Because we have built big modern cities, we tend to think that nature is too wild and inhospitable, to see dirty when we live in highly sanitized environments.
However, the soil is not dirty because we grow our own food in this soil.
But when you are used to buying your food in plastic packages, it is inconceivable to eat a salad full of earth.
3.2 Finding places to breathe
When you are born in a big city, you know that it is not very easy to go into nature on a regular basis.
In most large cities, you will find parks that are sometimes very large, but they are still surrounded by tall buildings, cars and pollution.
Although some towns are well laid out and lined with fruit trees at times, it has nothing to compare with forests, seashores and mountains.
Follow the sun
It may sound abstract but starting to expose yourself to the sun can be difficult when you are still living locked up and overprotected.
The sun is a powerful source of energy. It seems obvious but we tend to forget that solar energy is used to produce electricity …
Sun for vitamin D and for energy
You can have a completely different life by sunning for 30 minutes a day. Try it ! Your day will not be the same! It’s like playing with good vibes or not. A day in the sun will be positive and productive compared to a rainy or rainy day.
Practice Sungazing
Sungazing is the practice of looking at the sun without glasses. You don’t need to open your eyes of course. You do not have to! It could be very dangerous.
Take a walk in the forest
On foot or by bike, with family or friends, you can also get involved in hiking on weekends, which is a good way to reconnect.
If you are having difficulty returning to nature because your stress level is too high, I can give you some tips and advice.
