1. What is veganism and what does it consist of ?

Veganism is first and foremost a diet that does not include any product of animal origin :

  • No meat
  • No fish
  • No milk or dairy products
  • No eggs
  • No honey

It is also an ethic which aims to protect animals and not refuse intensive industrial farming as it exists today.

It also amounts to trying to remove all animal products that are used in industry such as:

  • Fur
  • The leather

2. How do we get to veganism ?

It responds to a need to improve your health since you discover that you are sick because of industrial and toxic products, whether they are food or for care and cleaning.

Because I have spent years finding the best meds and the best ways to stay fit to do more things in life, I have found some answers that I want to share.

My personal experience

Veganism was like a new birth for me.
After years of different experiences to find new solutions to feel more energetic and more motivated to undertake new projects, veganism has emerged as the ultimate answer.

I have learned and discovered so much new health things and new remedies that it makes no sense not to share them.

I was very enthusiastic at first but realized after years of practicing that it can be very difficult and sometimes impossible for most people to follow this diet and lifestyle.

And I will explain why.

3. How is it difficult ?

  • Food addictions
  • Cultural traditions
  • Disinformation

3.1 Food Addictions

Food is drugs, addiction and obviously an emotional addiction. We grow up with these habits in our daily life and our religious traditions. Changing everything is a challenge and it is impossible for the majority. And no one will encourage you to choose that way. Because … business above all!

In fact the addition to meat is very strong for most people and we know this because almost all of us grew up eating meat, ham and sausages. They put a lot of artificial flavors that “excite” the nostrils … And I’m not even talking about the cheese here.

Going vegan is a difficult, time-consuming process that meets personal health needs. A question of sensitivity too.

Some people do not have at all the same sensitivity of mind to understand the relationship between what we eat and what we are or what we become.

There are also many people who live in “survival mode” or who were hungry in their childhood, and we cannot stop eating certain things because hunger in them generates irrational anxieties. So it’s not entirely their fault.

I also know a lot of vegans who have gone back to meat either because their health or their environment was not suitable for this lifestyle.

I don’t think we have enough perspective on long-term veganism to say that this is the absolute truth.
We have to complement each other in b12 so something is missing in our environment for it to be natural.

Going vegan can correspond to a need to detoxify your body for a longer or shorter period, a few months or a few years. It depends on the people.

Veganism is an extreme that opposes another extreme of overconsumption of toxic products. In order to return to a certain balance.

After that it is obvious that the tolerance of opinions and ways of life must exist on both sides …
You also have to take the time to cultivate yourself on a dietetic level to better understand Going vegan is also learning new things to broaden your mind!

3.2 Culture and traditions

How can you change your culture and traditions when you have known meat, fish and dairy products all your life, every day?
Not easy. We learn that there are many plant products that replace animal proteins such as legumes for example.
And that the best sources of calcium are those from dark green vegetables, not dairy products.
Between misunderstanding, contempt and disdain, I lost friends who refused to stay with me because they didn’t like my food. Not the best though.

3.3 Disinformation

My experience with milk
Milk and dairy products have always made me sick.
I was forced to drink it when I was little because advertising and marketing assures us that “dairy products are our lifelong friends”. and that it was the only source of calcium.

In fact it is wrong.
There is pus and blood in the milk and that is what causes pimples and acne.
Not to mention the lymph which is congested: it is when you have big yellow circles under your eyes.

When I stopped dairy products my dark circles disappeared and I never had any pimples of any kind again.

Dark green vegetables contain more calcium than milk.

I could have been healthier for years if I had had access to quality information.

Today I share

5. Is veganism a religious, political and / or economic movement ?

5.1 What is ethical veganism ?

Ethical vegans try to exclude all forms of animal exploitation, for example by avoiding wearing or buying woolen or leather clothing, or toiletries from companies that perform animal testing.

Try! Because it can be a real challenge in our society!

5.2 Is veganism a practice close to religion ?

Veganism as a new way of life that can become a kind of guideline in fact.

When you are not a vegan you have your own landmarks in life and we can notice that there are a lot of such points such as …
. The holidays: which require rest and doing nothing
. Special dishes
. Religious practices: fasting

The hardest part when you go vegan is building new benchmarks, because as humans we have a lot of weaknesses in terms of sensitivity and emotions. We are quickly lost.

And since we now know that food is as addictive as drugs sometimes, like dairy products that contain casein, we can understand the difficulties in getting rid of this baby food.

Religion is something that we look at when we are lost in life, we can say that veganism can have the same function.

“At a hearing next March, an employment tribunal will determine, for the first time, whether veganism is a legally protected ‘philosophical belief’ in the UK.
If the court decides that this is the case, the discrimination claim will go to a full trial.
“Religion or belief” is one of the nine “protected characteristics” covered by the Equality Act 2010 ”.

5.3 Veganism makes sense

Personally, I think veganism is just a logical new way of life:

Doctors, cardiologists, and drugs who want to find effective cures use a herbal diet for diabetes, cardiovascular problems, and even cancer with turmeric.

Bentonite clay is used in hospital for severe burns because it is more effective than anything else.

We have a lot of information on this today. It’s not a matter of belief, it’s a matter of facts: it works and is more effective than junk food, drugs, synthetic drugs, tobacco and alcohol.

Human beings are so weak and scary of all they need for all these drugs to survive, but now we know there are other ways … and with the internet, social media, no one can lie anymore because information is everywhere thanks to the democratization of knowledge.

We also now know and are able to understand that the drugs, the food industries are just businesses that want to make money. And the death of the people is more lucrative for them than the good men.

5.4 Is veganism extreme ?

Veganism is neither a religion nor a belief, it just uses science and nature as a benchmark because the life process is more logical and powerful than toxic products.

So yes, veganism is extreme because the scientific and natural process can be extreme and unstoppable.
