Meditation becomes inevitable with the mess caused by the profusion of noises around us in modern societies.
Meditation requires certain qualities and skills, but for some of us it is natural.
This is why some people need to learn and practice and some don’t.
For introverted and very high-level minds, meditation is a natural state with which they must struggle to return to the routine and societal issues of daily life.
I can be sure of one thing. When you are lonely and depressed, you become a meditation practitioner.
I am always amazed to see young learners wanting to learn meditation.
Meditation has been my natural state of mind since childhood. I have to learn to get out of this state of mind actually…
That’s why I find it hard to understand that you have to learn these techniques.

The techniques needed will depend on your own sensitivity and stress level.
It will be easier for introverts than for extroverts who always need to be surrounded by people in order to live, work and play.
